This thesis explains the dangers of enterprise fraudulence via actual cases and relates such violation to pursuit of interests and other reasons. By analyzing the means of enterprise fraudulence in modern economy, it proposes the ways to identify enterprise fraudulence and to control and prevent book-cooking based on the Chinese laws, so as to minimize losses from false accounts.
