本文主要研究了超声处理,电磁搅拌,超声及电磁搅拌联合处理对铝硅镁合金凝固组织的影响。

研究结果表明: 经电磁搅拌处理的Al-Si-Mg合金,其凝固组织得到细化,在高压旋转磁场的作用下使得镁从晶界中析出造成严重偏析,在晶界处形成蛛网状的Mg2Si相,随着磁场强度降低,这种现象得到较好改善。在强磁场作用下,硅也存在不同程度的偏析,以块状或板条状析出。超声处理时间存在最佳值,并不是处理时间越长细化效果越明显。经超声及电磁同时作用于金属熔体,除可以使凝固晶粒更加圆整外,并不能较大提高细化程度。
