UC知道求助电脑高手!..一键备份的东西不会搞!

昨天在家看C盘的时候发现有一键备份系统的东西..我就点了..然后我看说明说是自动的..就点了后面的那个可以选择备份到G盘的..然后我选择G盘就选重起了..
结果一开机就是下面的画面 不知道怎么进WINDOWS
