可以通过修改AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat 文件的方法来禁止CS2 自动升级。

打开C:\DocumentsandSettings\用户名\ApplicationData\Adobe\Updater\文件夹，用“记事本”或其他文件编辑软件打开AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat，修改其中的内容为

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<AdobeUpdater>
<AutoCheck>0</AutoCheck>
</AdobeUpdater>

现在，重新启动CS2，这个问题就完美解决了。当然，前提是你并不需要Adobe Updater功能。
