protel99se中出现的鼠标无法拖动选择问题

在使用protel99se中，不知道为什么，鼠标突然不能够拖动选择器件。鼠标左键点击绘图页面，就会出现“Q？A Part-Type Cmopenent_1 Part(20,800)”“Q？A Part-Type Cmopenent_1 Part(20,790)”“Q？A Part-Type Cmopenent_1 Part(20,790)”“Q？A Part-Type Cmopenent_1 Part(20,790)”“Q？A Part-Type Cmopenent_1 Part(20,790)”
