对于此事我们也感到很抱歉,但是我们也是刚刚才得到此信息,并及时的向您反馈此问题。
因为公司之前也没有下发任何通知说这款货不能做,在此之前也曾有客人出过此款货。但是他们刚收到了客人的反馈,说这款货存在很多质量问题。经过与技术部和研发部再三研究,决定停止此款货的生产。
当然我们也知道,和客人的第一次合作就发生此问题,将会导致接下来的合作关系,但是我们必须在订单还未完成前就将此信息反馈给客人。而不是等问题发生后再去解决,您觉得呢?
这个既不是写给老板,也不是写给客户的。
实际上他属于我司驻美国办公室处的负责人,客人一直是由他在联系。然后他再将从客人地方得到的信息反馈给我方。我们有问题也是先向他讲,然后由他再反馈给客人。
他属于中间信息传递人。

你是写给客户还是老板的?你这封信写的太累赘,恕我直言。如果是老板,看了会更气哦,是客户,看了会更晕。

你告诉我下你是写给谁的,我给你精简一下。

We feel sorry about this matter, yet we are sending you our feedback to you the right time we heard about it.

Since we haven't received any advice about not putting this style in line, furthermore, we have delivered the very same style of goods to another customer who notified us there were defects concerning this style a few minutes ago. After careful disscussion, we decide to call it off.

We surely know that this will do harm to the later relationship with our customer, but what we can remedy is to let our customer know the truth before we fulfill the order.
