UC知道我的电脑红警不知为何这2天不能玩了。系统重装也不行

系统中毒以后导致系统时间退后，然后很多程序都不能运行，红警仅仅是其中一项，需要设定系统时间。
全过程如下：
1，格式化c盘并安装系统
2，设定系统时间，如果设定不成功，需要全盘格式化，仍无效的，需要全盘格式化并清除bios。
3，运行软件测试，如果不能正常运行，需要重新安装软件
