windows清理大师 ：用下来在清理工作方面非常好
windows优化大师 ：优化方面至少没有删错过东西
超级兔子： 个性化设置做的挺好，IE修复功能也很强大，但是最好不要用它来优化系统，会误删东西，很多次了

清理系统垃圾文件的方法：
将下面这段文字复制，粘贴到记事本中，然后将记事本的扩展名*.txt重命名为*.bat，双击即可：
