摘要：独立学院与普通高等学校一样是培养人才的摇篮，也是党对大学生实施培养和教育的重要阵地，做好独立学院学生党建工作，充分发挥党组织的作用，推动独立学院持续健康发展是独立学院必须认真研究和思考的问题。文章结合独立学院学生特点，分析了独立学院学生党建工作中存在的一些问题，并提出了几点解决问题的建议。

Independent colleges are the cradle of training talented persons like ordinary colleges and institutions.They are also important positions to foster and educate college students.Doing the work of founding Party of college students well and promoting continuous and healthy development of independent colleges are the problems to be thought seriously about.The article analyzes some problems exsisting in the work of founding Party of independent colleges combining with independent college students'features.Besides,some pieces of advice on solving the problems are put forward in the article.
