2.聚氯乙烯两个结构基元就是CH2Cl-CH2-CH2Cl-CH3，为什么会有这种结构是因为双键可以打开，使很多的氯乙烯连接到一块从而形成聚氯乙烯。
下面就是建厂的问题了，因为不清楚 Belfast是什么地方，优缺点也不好说。优点大概就是成本低吧，因为是废弃的场所。缺点不是很清楚，也许是污染环境也许是交通不便。
真正认识到了英文水平低下所造成的恶果啊!
难道国际班题目也用英文?!晕.........
