1.in the afternoon——在句中做“地点状语”用于修"will be"吗?还是修饰"there will be"?还是"be"呀??

2.在该句中那个是"谓语动词"——是“will be”还是“be”？？

我认为zxddsr 答案是对的,但有一个问题还有疑义:in the afternoon应该是修饰"will be",因为是什么时间有飓风,不知道您认为如何????
