He is a brave boy ,(one) who always 我觉得从语境来说,"HE"并没有特指哪一种人.只是所以后面的应选ONE.

.he is the most excellent boy,(the one ) who always /这里的HE有特指最优秀的男孩,用了最高级.所以后面应选THE ONE 与前面的THE 相应

第一个用one，第二个用the one
因为二者都可以代替人和物,the one是特指,one 是泛指
