A delay in or failure of performance of either contractor or SOL shall not constitute default under this Service Order nor give rise to any claim for damages if and to the extent such delay or failure is caused by occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the party affected. For the avoidance of doubt, equipment breakdown shall not be considered a force majeure event.
