8.这是一个定语从句，后面I used to work for years.这句话有了宾语，所以要用关系副词where遇到这类问题就这么解决。没错的。
15题跟他是同类问题，只不过后面的是表语。所以用where。

PS：不是每个都用where的，除了要看他有没有宾语和表语还要根据语意看词，这类问题一定要用关系副词来解决。
