oracle sqlplus 进不去

Could be one of the reasons:

1. The database is not up running. So, please check if the database is up. If not, you need manually start up the database.

2. The permission problem. The user you used to log on the system does not have permissions to the Oracle system files.

3. The environment variables, such as ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, ORACLE BIN, and etc, have not been set up correctly.
