At first, I agree that add one week to design and analysis. It’s really need more time.
As a worker of system engineering, you should realized time in the implementation stage is very necessary, and it’s impossible to reduce one week in this stage.
I’ll try my best to get more time for you. I think maybe the testing stage will need less time. I’ll talk with them, if they can finish the task ahead the time, you will get the time they left.
