麻烦帮我看下这个L/C条款有问题么？

1.t/t reimbursement acceptalbe 接受电索（就是出口方的银行确认单据完整后，可以先向开证行索汇，并寄单据，这样回款比较快）
2.10%more or less in credit amount and quantity allowed 信用证项下的数量和金额允许上下浮动10％
3.shipment ,third party documents&parial shipment allowed 装运，第三方单据，分批都是允许的
4.documents to be presented within 21 days after the date of shipment 单据应在开船日后20天内提交议付

对于出口方来说，这些条款都是比较松的，应该可以接受。但是最好还是要和你出运的实际情况再核实一下，也就是要防止特殊情况。

1.t/t退款acceptalbe
2.10%more或较少在准许的贷项金额和数量
3.发货，允许的第三方documents&parial发货
4.在21天之内将被提出的文件在发货之后

没有问题,可以接受.

1. reimbursement的意思是电报索汇,原意是议付行审单议付后即电报通知开证行电汇,这样不必等待寄单给开证行,缩短了出口方资金回笼时间。.t/t reimbursement acceptalbe 的意思就成了可以接受电报索汇.
2. 10%more or less in credit amount and quantity allowed 信用证项下的数量和金额允许上下浮动10％
3. 装运时可凭借第三方单据分批装运
4. 单据应在开船日后20天内提交议付

英语方面我也是初学者，有很多翻译的不准的不要见怪啊
