-You see the sign-in error 8100395.
For Windows Live Messenger 8.0, do the following:

1. Click on START and RUN and type in REGEDIT and hit Enter to open the registry
editor.
2. Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER, followed by Software , followed by Microsoft ,
followed by MSNMessenger and select the Policies key.
