have got to 相当于 have to 意思是不得不

我必须去上学

have got to 必须要，必须做

例句：I have got to win the competition this time.
I have got a happy family with wonderful parents.

have got to=have to

have got是get的现在完成时。

I have got to do my homework first.我必须先做作业。
I have got here.我已经到了。

当然有的时候have got to是get to的现在完成时。
这个时候你的问题就等于get to 与get的区别，这个不用我说了吧。。

本来have got是完成时态,但现在其实像美语中,have got常用来代替have使用，已经不是用于完成时的意思了.就是说
I have got a book for you.就等于英式英语中的
I have a book for you.
这只是习惯的问题．

至于have got to的话，没有英式和美式的差别，基本上就相当于have to do 的意思，就是要去做某事的一个表达．
