ARBITRATION
All claims or disputes arising out of this Enrollment Agreement (except for actions by the School to collect the above referenced charges owing to the School), and all claims or disputes arising out of or relating in any way to the enrollment or attendance of the Student at the School, shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The only proper venue for the resolution of any claim or dispute shall be Suffolk County, New York.
The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
