Nowadays, more and more people choose to enjoy the pleasure which is brought by the easier-prepared food. They consider that they can liberate themselves from the tedious housework and save plenty of time. It’s has been prove that the easier-prepared food does exert positive effects on the modern lives.

Firstly, before the appearance of this kind of food, human beings have to spend lots of time on preparing the dinner. Someone may argue that cooking is full of pleasure and fun, however, most of people don’t agree with this idea when they pondering about purchasing the materials, cooking in the kitchen, washing the dishes and the list still go on. For instance, the easier-prepared food may liberate the women from the housework from a certain degree. In a sense, food preparation is no longer a tedious task, at least much easier to tolerate. Such a chance gives them more time to do much more meaningful things, suc
