1.The Engagement will commence on the date hereof and will continue until the earlier of (a) the completion of the Transaction or (b) 6 months after the date of this agreement, unless extended by mutual written consent.
2.It is expressly agreed that following the expiration or termination of the Duration of Engagement, Li Jun shall be entitled to receive fees as described above in Clause 1 that have accrued up to and including the date of such expiration or termination as well as all disbursements, out of pocket cost and expenses accrued prior to such expiration or termination as contemplated in Clause 3 of this agreement.
