According to my observation,WU has no promblem in ethical behavior.I knew he was a upright man from details we contacted ordinarily In my opinion,WU's motivation to CBS was strong and authentic.In fact,I knew WU was preparing for MBA while he was serving in D.His determine to MBA was explicit.Because of my graduation from Kellogg MBA,WU had gotten much information from me about the help and value brought by MBA .After a long acquaintance ,WU told me that CBS was his most desirable school,he would surely apply for the ED of CBS.
If I could change one thing about WU，I would like to say his Engish should be improved futher.When working in D,Even though WU had no promblem in daily writing and oral communication,he had some difficulty in English listening when having telephone conferences with some colleagues,such as Indian colleagues.If this aspect could be changed,there would be more chances and space to his career development.

你的英语很不错的，就是有的地方稍微夸张了一点，没问题
第一句有个单词拼错了，是problem不是promblem。
he was a upright man里的UPRIGHT可以用HONEST代替
