在钢管的certificate of conformity 中有这么一句话
it is impractical to do cleanness testing on ingot material . However we would expect our
normal steel making procedures to achieve the reuired cleanness k4<20max.
这里面的cleanness 是不是非金属夹杂检验，
另外k4<20是什么意思？
非金属夹杂好像有4类夹杂，难道k4是4类的意思？？
请问哪位能解释一下？

检验报告
已成型材料的金属纯度检验不具可操作性。但我方确信经由我方金属制造工艺流程所制钢材可达到纯度标准k4<20max。
