Adobe Flash player installer的插件

我不知道,不小心把Adobe Flash player installer插件从C盘删了,要只剩下Flash9o.ock这个文件(因为不能删),要重新下载说:不能打开写入文件C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\FlashFlash9o.ock,终止,重试,忽略这3个,不能下载了,怎么解决?

重启系统，直接手动下载Flash插件，手动安装一般就可以了。
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_active_x.exe

删除C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed文件夹，然后去下面安装：
