为什么加have come？

2.The chairwoman thought it necessary to invite 。。。to speak at the meeting
为什么用it？ meet+ing？

首先看句意，因为这几天父母到家里住，所以我不得不睡沙发上。these days说明事情已经发生了并对现在仍有影响，所以要用现在完成时。
it不只是“它”这个意思。还可以做形式主语等，这里应该是做代词吧。meeting不是meet+ing，是会议的意思，看清楚前面是at，是介宾短语。
