现在完成时一问

用上been就表示被动语态了。第一句是主动句，主语是he，故不用been。第二句，主语虽然是the magazine，但发出动作的主体是he，the magazine是被return ， 所以要在return前加been！ 懂了吗？

has been 表示被动， 他还的，主动，不用been
杂志被还，所以加been

人还书，是主动，杂志被还，是被动

The first case is active form. "He" is doing the action "return".

The second case is passive, which implies that we don't know who has returned the magazine or we're not interested in who did it.

"I have been away from wuhan for ten days."
In this case "have been" is not passive form, "been" is the main verb here, "away" is an adverb.
