我在本地生成发布网站后在本地可以的，但是在服务器上就报上面的错误！
我的开发工具是vs 08
而且生成的文件我全部放倒服务器上了！

用VS2005开发的？而且没打SP1补丁？
每个页面都生成一个dll，而且文件名随机。
要把 Bin 目录里的所有 dll 全部上传到服务器。
那你创建的是网站项目？不是创建的web应用程序？
你的那个错误就是说 找到程序集 App_Web_kpvudd6j，看文件名应该是页面文件生成的相应的dll。
看看server上面的.net framework是什么版本
