还请说一下为什么不选其他答案的原因哈··谢了

A。
首先。有个被动的意思。用be treated或变形。
所以排除了B。
C的时态有完成的意味。这个题目里面是没有这个意思的。C也不对。
再看A。是被动的。而且not后用being也是对的。
