Advices

First, you should stop working and relax. I suggest you to take a bath and forget all the troubles in life temporarily.

Second, listen to some light music when you are lying in bed. Music will release your mind from tension.

Third, drink a glass of hot milk. Milk will help you fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly. You will recover from fatigue when you wake up tomorrow morning.
