为什么我的跑跑无法安装

有一次跑跑总吊线 一开始就掉线 后来我重下载拉但还是不行 我又重装了一次系统 结果效果一样 一装就出现 installer integrity check has failed . common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy 哪个高手给我解释一下

你应该重下个客户端。。。而不是重做系统

先完全卸载（开始 程序 跑跑卡丁车 删除跑跑卡丁车）
然后从官方网站下载全新的安装程序，按默认路径安装。
装的时候别运行其他程序。

如果是VISTA系统，据说支持跑跑不是很好吧。只是据说。
也可以试试机箱除尘，内存条重新插一下等等。

哦对了，最重要的一点，要确保系统没中木马和病毒。
