为了保持健康,我通常保持每天八个小时的睡眠,尽量不熬夜到很晚,因为可以早一点起床到外面呼吸新鲜空气。我平时吃大量的蔬菜水果,肉类尽量少吃一点,保持营养均衡。还有就是多喝水,工作不要太过疲劳,能休息的好才能保证工作更有效率。早餐尤其很重要,我曾经因为长期不吃早餐导致胃病。
