第一题C，第一空意思是十六岁。第二空你少打了一个a，就是a sixteen-year-old boy, 意思是一个十六岁的男孩，用连字符把它们连起来，是做定语的。
第二题C，但是我觉得这个 cut就是放在hair之后的吧，have your hair cut意思是请人理发。
第三题就是carefully enough，carefully是副词，修饰动词短语do his homework。enough修饰副词carefully，放在carefully的后面。

这两种说法都是正确的..
