skill表示技能 某人拥有某项技能，或者是有能力的，比如he is a skilled man.他技术很好

means表示方式方法。比如we express our ideas by means of speaking.我们用言语表达思想。

technique表示技巧性的东西，强调技巧。比如The technique is still at the experimental stage.这项技术仍在实验阶段。

mechanics 机械学、力学 一般指学科；

technique 技术, 技巧 一般指科技方面的；

skill 技能,技巧 一般是针对人物的技能。
