first question:
if u are going to apply exemption for ACCA,u shall go to ACCA website and there is a database about exemption issues, in my opinion, u have a very high chance to exempt first 2 parts but not absolutely.it depends what u have learned in your academic class.
Second question:
master degree in UK is very challenging but not difficult, there are too many assignments and presentations. u have to do the researches on your papers.If u do not hold a Bachelor degree on accounting and finance background, in my opinion u are not able to directly get into a university for master studies.
Third, there are many colleges in UK,good or bad,u must look for a college which are tailored for your situation.
Fourth, the tuition fees and living cost are very expensive in UK, think carefully before making a decision. IELTS requirements are different in different colleges,but u should at least have a score of 6.0 and above.
