8086/8088的存储器系统
1． 有关存储器的基本概念
（1） 字节与字
字节（Byte） 是指一组相邻的8位二进制数码
字（Word） 是指两个相邻的字节（16位二进制数码）。
[注]8086/8088系统对存储器的访问都是以字节作为基本单位来进行读/写操作的。
（2） 存储单元
8086/8088指令系统对存储单元的操作有如下3种类型：
字节单元 存储8位二进制代码。
