关于IPV开发的产品技术说明
这次寄去的样品，是根据贵公司最近提出的改进意见进行设计完成的。
主要内容如下：
一. 显示板：
1.显示板增加薄膜开关面板的设计及加工；面板上增加AES工作指示灯；
2..修改单片机功能软件。
二. 控制板：
控制板输出功率管增加散热片加强散热能力；四针插座改为两个两针的插座；
三. 电源板
1.电源板增加AC优先功能，改原来24V供电改为现在12.5V供电。

寄去的新样板功能均以实现。需要说明的有以下内容：
1、摄氏华氏转换改为（ON/OEF）和（－）同时按下实现，原来贵司要求采用（－）和（+）两键同时按下实现，软件设计不能完成。
2、薄膜开关面板与显示的PCB板连接结构设计不当，已经修改设计，但PCB板尚未加工。
另外，经过实验调试我们认为供电为24V比较好，改为12.5V供电后电源板成本增加。
显示板电源指示灯显示采用红绿和一的 LED为好，不但显示电源有无，也同时显示制冷制热工作状态。
对于本次样品贵司有何新的意见和建议请尽快全面的提出，争取下次一次性完成。
