1.PRESENT SIMPLE一般现在时
USES用法
We use present simple tense我们用一般现在时表示：
1.to talk about activities that we repeat regulsrly(routines,habits):
反复发生的动作（日常活动、习惯等），例如：
Peter travels to exotic places every year.
She wears a pony tail.
2.to talk about permannent situations now:
永久性的状态，例如：
She loves to get together with her friends.
We have a very good relationship with our parents.
3.to talk about general truths:
客观事实和普遍真理，例如：
Sun rises in the east.
4.to talk about future offical events or timetables
将来官方的事情或不可改变的时间表，例如：
Christmas falls on a Sunday next year.

2.PRESENT CONTINUOUS现在进行时
Uses用法
We use the Present Continuous我们用现在进行时表示：
1.to talk about activities that are going on at the time of speaking
说话时正在进行的动作，例如：
Excuse me, you're sitting in my seat.
2.to talk about activities that happened regularly but for a limitied period of time(Temporary routines or habits)
