应该用一般现在时表示将来 所以应该选B才对啊，可答案为什么是选A

A.to disscuss B discuss C.to discussing D.to be discussed
首先排除的是D C 可我就在A B 之间摇摆不定 最后我选A,,,可结果答案是B 请高人解答.....谢谢咯
