不用说sent to me， 都说receive from了，说了太重复啰嗦。

如果强调的是图片，如想表达，只收到图片却没有文字说明的意思。

或 what I received is only a picture. 语气强烈

I've just received only one picure from you.
I've just received only one picure that you sent me.

语气比较强烈了.

I just received one picture that you sent to me.

i have received your picture but only one
