大厦供电采用延吉国电供电线路，电压等级为10KV.由于该线路沿大厦边缘而过，引线十分方便，考虑到景观和人员安全，供电线路采用地埋电缆方式布线，设计供电外线50米。
用电负荷 大厦工程用电设备总装机容量 800 KVA。
供电方式 大厦区附近设变电室一座，安置（型号）变压器一台，出户电压为380/220,供大厦及小区内动力及照明使用。
消防设备按消防中心指令开停机；
通风系统集中联动控制；
生活水泵按水位自动控制，所有远程控制设备均设置手动控制功能。
2、照明系统
有正常照明、应急照明和室外景观照明。
照度标准按国家标准GB 133-90 的中值选取。
主要光源为节能型荧光灯，在公用建筑疏散楼梯口、地下车库通道等位置，设安全出口标志灯；
在通道及转弯处，设疏散标志灯。
3、接地系统
接地系统综合考虑各摄像机、监控中心和直击雷防护的地电位反击问题，由于设备比较分散，接地装置利用建筑物的自然接地体，对于比较小的安防系统可以采用集中供地，用16平方多股铜线或镀锌扁钢将中控室的接地或其它符合要求的地线引到前端设备处，利用传输线上的屏蔽钢管做地线（壁后≥3mm），保持良好的电气导通，对于距离比较近的前端设备可以采用共地等办法。
有的摄像机处根本不具备做接地的条件，这种情况下，在传输线进入这个区域之前先加装SPD并接地，然后传输线穿金属管或用铠装电缆敷设至前端设备，埋地敷设达到较好的防雷效果。
十、给排水设计
1、给水
大厦区服务设施采用分区供水方式，即地下层、商务中心层和办公层，水源以延吉市自来水公司提供的自来水为主。
该大厦日供水量测算详见设计。
普通消防供水系统由上行、下行、水平供水干管和竖管组成水平和立环供水系统。
2、排水
污水源来自大厦屋面及室外地表雨水、卫生设施污水和生活污水。
室外雨水按清污分流制排入城市排水管网系统，雨水量按延吉市暴雨强度公式计算，生活污水经室外化粪池处理后集中排到市政污水管道上，由市政部门经处理达标后排放。
