打篮球多次扭伤脚踝造成老损伤,现在走路不敢吃力,麻烦各位高人指点如何在不影响工作的情况下治疗。

我建议你最好是 每天坚持用热毛巾做局部的按摩和热敷.每天两次,每次坚持至少15分钟.坚持热敷两个星期就能有个不错的效果的.平时应该避免剧烈的活动,注意休息,应该加强保暖,避免着凉和受潮.
