he was later introduced by his teacher to work as a principal doctor in the Sifang hospital of the jiaozhou and jinan railway in Qingtao bureau until the LuGouQiao Incident in 1937. the Japanese navy conquered the railway line from Qingtao to Jinan. he resigned of illness for unable of bearing the aggresiveness of the Japanese Warrors and Japanese Army and back to Shanghai

He was introduce as an attending doctor in Sifang Hospital under Qingdao Jiaozhou-Jinan Railway system. However,he resigned to Shanghai with an excuse when the July 7 Incident broke out in 1937,which caused the railway areas around Qingdao and Jinan captured. In fact, he was unable to put up with the agressiveness of Japanese military.
