经双方友好协商，达成如下协议
我公司承运布朗先生鞋一批到科索沃，走士耳其航空公司，货送到我公司仓库起，由我司负责从广州转运到香港，再从香港上士耳其航空公司的航班，费用是RMB43/KG，实际重量和体积重量（长*宽*高/6000=体积重量）取大者，在这过程中不论任何原因若货物掉失造成布朗先生的损失，由我司负责赔偿布朗先生损失7000欧元，不详之处另行协商，立此为据。
如题，还有甲乙双方如何在合同中表现呢？还有签名与日期
