For team-D, I enclosed the revised commercial part here for you fix up and or advise the bid closing date and time schedule part. For team-A, Tom has talked with Ms. Rudy this morning. She promised the technical part for team A shall be worked out late of tomorrow. If so, tomorrow (9th-Oct-2008) should be OK.

Regarding team-C, I contacted the bidders' principals yesterday and sent the CDs to them through EXPRESS earlier today (except CNI23 and BAOYE, which were/will be（注：视情况选一） delivered in person). For team-D, I have enclosed its revised commercial part（注：不知道这是什么，但原则上推荐不要用part，合适的话可以换成information, data，component等词。以下出现part的情况也一样。） here for you to fix up and/or advise on the bid closing date and time schedule. As for team-A, Tom talked with Ms. Rudy this morning, and she promised that the technical part for team A will be worked out late tomorrow. If so, everything should be finished tomorrow (9th-Oct-2008).
