illustrator 在打开文件或者新建文件的时候自动关闭

我以前用的CS3版本(Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection)也出现这个问题，总找不到原因，不光是Illustrator，Photoshop、Indesign也这样，后来重装系统后没再出现过。
