stuffed parsleyed onions
altbough devised as a vegetable dish,tbese stuffed onions make a wonderful ,accompaniment dishes,or an appetizing supper dish with crusty bread and a salad.
ingredients:4 large onions,4 tbsp cooked rice ,4 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley ,plus extra to garnish,4 tbsp strong Cheddar cheese,finely greated,salt and pepper,2tbsp olive oil,1 tbsp white wine,to moisten.

1:Cut a slice from the tpo of each onion and scoop out the centre to leave a thick shell.
2:Combine all the remaining ingredients ,moistening with enough wine to mix well.preheat the oven to 180C/350F/
3:Fill the onions and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.Serve garnished with parsley.

(菜名真的不知道,和火鸡做法一样,西芹做装饰,配料填在洋葱里,吃过一次。暂且以此类推叫烤洋葱吧。)
尽管是素菜,但是这种被填好的洋葱和法式面包、沙拉作为开胃菜很完美。
材料:4个大洋葱、4汤匙熟米饭、4茶匙切好的新鲜欧芹(应该就是西芹)作为装饰、4汤匙味道浓重的干乳酪、盐、胡椒粉、2汤匙橄榄油、1汤匙白酒用来湿润。
做法:
1、把每个洋葱一头切掉,中心挖掉,但要保证剩下的洋葱有足够厚。
2、把准备好的其他材料(除了西芹,别忘了这是装饰)搅拌在一起,放入足够的白酒湿润使其混合均匀,放入烤箱预热(温度180度)
3、把这些填入洋葱中,并在烤箱中烤45分钟(温度应该还是180度)。取出后撒上西芹做装饰。
