摘要：土地征收补偿制度是协调、平衡和解决土地征收中权益冲突的一项重要法律制度。妥善解决好土地征收补偿问题，对保证国家建设的顺利进行和社会公共利益的顺利实现，保护农村集体经济组织和农村村民的土地权益有着十分重要的意义。近年来，随着土地征收规模不断扩大，我国现有的土地征收补偿制度暴露出诸多问题。加强对补偿主体和权利人、补偿范围、补偿标准、补偿方式和补偿程序等方面的研究，探索一条适合我国国情的土地征收补偿制度的改革途径具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract：The compensating system of the land collecting is an important legal system that coordinates,balances and solves the conflicts of the rights and interests in the land collecting．Settling the problem of the compensating of the land collecting properly has great significance in guaranteeing national construction’s going on smoothly and social public interests’being realized smoothly and protecting the land rights and interests of the rural collective economic organization and rural villagers．In recent years, with the expandating of the land collecting,the compensating system of the land collecting has exposed many problems.We should pay special attention to the research on the compensation subjects, rightful owner, compensation scopes, compensation standards, compensation methods and compensation procedure, etc, and explore a reform way of compensation system of land collecting which is suited to the country's actual conditions.
