UC知道dreamweaver 文字特效问题

我在做网页的时候。。。用了文字向上翻滚的特效。。主要也是在做公告栏，可是为什么连表格还有表格里面的图片一起向上移动啊？希望大虾们能帮忙解决下！~~~必有重分相谢！！！！

这段代码运行的蛮好的呀，楼主的问题是什么？
难道你想要的效果是表格不懂只是里面单元格的文字动？那样的话你的marquee就不能加在整个table外面了，要加在你要它滚动的地方
