all shipment under this credit must be advised by beneficiary within 5 working days from shipment date directly by fax or post or curier to*********and to the applicant referring to open policy or cover no.*******giving full detail of shipment.a copy of each of above advise and the postal registration receipts or fax transmission report or courier receipt to accompany the original set of document.

准确的意思是：
在此信用证项下所装运的货物情况必须在装运日期后五个工作日内由受益人以传真或者邮寄或者快递直接通知******和开证申请人，注明预约保单第*******号，以及注明详细的装运情况。上述装运通知的一份副本，和挂号邮寄收据或者传真传送报告或者快递收据应伴随正本单据一同提交议付。

所有在此信用下的出货行为受益人必须在出货日期5个工作日内将详细的出货清单通过传真,邮寄或由承运人转交的方式提交给...和保险协议中或NO...(文件号码)中指定的申请人.以上提到的出货清单,邮局收据,传真报告或者承运人收据必须包含在正本文件中
